We've compiled a list of the most common questions or things that we think you should know. Please feel free to reach out if we can clarify anything.
When will I receive my order?
We send plants out on Monday, express post, so they don't sit in a post office over the weekends. We want all our plants to reach you in the best possible condition and this is the safest way to do that.
How are plants sent?
We send plants without soil and semi-bare rooted and wrapped in sphagnum moss, paper towel and plastic. This helps with shipping costs and gives plants the environment they need to make the scary trip.
We recommend having some good soil ready (with perlite) to go when your new plant arrives. All of our plants have the pot size in the description so you'll know what size pot your plant came from. Go one size up in preparation for the seasons growth.

Pots and Accessories - Sendle - 2 to 5 days
What states can you post to?
We can ship plants everywhere in Australia except the NT, WA and Tasmania as they have strict quarantine laws. We can send pots and plant accessories everywhere.
Will I get updates once I've purchased?
Our system will update you once we've sent off your package, it will have your tracking number and from there you can look it up with our carrier to see where it is. If your order takes a really long time, please get in touch with us so we can follow it up and make it right.
Can I send a plant gift to my bestie?
Oh yes, a thousand times yes. We'd love to be a part of such a special gift. We'll even include a beautiful handwritten card with the message of your choice. As always, we're happy to recommend a pot or any accessories that might make your gift that little bit more special.
Do you deliver?
We sure do, but only if you live in Canberra, otherwise it's a bit far to drive. Delivery is $10 within Canberra, reach out if you're close to Canberra and we can figure it out.
Can I pick up my plant from you?
You absolutely can, but we're running Leaf & Co out of our home, so ask that you understand that when picking up your order.
Pick up times are strictly as follows:
Wednesday - From 5:30pm to 7:30pm
Saturday - From 10:00am to 12:00pm
If you need to arrange pick up outside of these times, we are happy to put your plant in a lovely warm box and leave it at the front of our house (in a safe place). We have video cameras set up so we can ensure your plant is picked up by you and not a random human.
Do you have a shop front?
We have a lot of stock at EightyTwenty Cafe in Braddon. You can visit them at 1/18 Lonsdale St, Braddon ACT 2903.
We don't offer refunds or accept returns unless there is an issue with your plant or pot.
Our plants are packaged extremely well and carefully and posted to you as quickly as possible. If there is an issue, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your plants and take some photos. We do understand that sometimes boxes and plants can be impacted by transport and we want to rectify the situation to make sure you're deliriously happy with your new plant friend.
Why does my plant not look exactly like the one on your website?
We do our best to accurately represent our plants however it's not feasible to take a new photo every time we sell a plant. Rest assured, we only sell quality plants and yours is the same size and general condition of the plant we listed online, but it's probably not exactly the same.
I'm new to plants and I'm really worried I'll kill it
Oh darling, don't fear, we'll look after you. We don't think that people are born with green thumbs, it's something you learn and we can help you. All of our plants come with beautiful care cards that are specific to the type of plant you're buying. We also give you a plant tracker which you can record your journey with your new green buddy. You got this, and we've got you!
What payment methods do you accept?
Our eCommerce system is Shopify and they accept all major credit cards. You can also pay by direct deposit straight to us, or Afterpay.
Can I combine shipping to save money?
Of course, just reach out to us and we'll get it sorted for you.
